"I'm writing in reference to the service that was provided to me by you and your business partners. I think you were/are very professional and passionate about your job. You truly were concerned about the customer. You took the time to get to know me and what I liked. I appreciated the fact that you listened to what I wanted and what I had to say. I also appreciated the input with ideas when I was uncertain about  a few issues. You went out of your way to make yourself available for me.
